This package is best for intimate celebrations, social events, corporate luncheons, small weddings, and clients who already have their main event details in place. **What’s Included:** • Delivery of rented décor and styling items • Basic décor setup including simple table styling, centerpiece placement, candles, chargers, linens, and select decorative accents provided by Pink Peach Events or the client • Placement of client-provided décor and tabletop items • Simple tablescape styling and visual setup support • Final visual walkthrough before guest arrival • Scheduled breakdown and item pickup • Limited onsite support during the scheduled setup window **What’s Not Included:** • Full event planning or full-service coordination • Vendor communication or vendor management • Timeline creation or management • Guest management or guest assistance • Venue sourcing or booking services • Custom floral installations or luxury floral design • Large-scale installations or elaborate backdrop setups • Full room transformations or extensive event production • Onsite coordination throughout the full event • Event troubleshooting after setup is completed • Catering, bartending, DJ, photography, or entertainment services • Cleanup of food, beverages, or venue-related waste • Last-minute design changes during setup • Extensive setup requiring additional staffing or extended labor hours Important to Know: This package focuses on setup, styling, and breakdown support only.
