The Signature Package is ideal for weddings, social celebrations, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, luncheons, repasts, private dinners, and brand activations that need more than basic setup, but do not require full-service production. This package is perfect for clients who want a polished, organized, and stress-free event with elevated styling, professional coordination, and planning support. Pink Peach Events will organize event details, create a cohesive design direction, coordinate logistics, manage vendors, oversee event flow, and provide on-site support so everything feels smooth, intentional, and professionally executed. What Is Included: – Delivery of décor, rentals, and styling items – Full setup and scheduled breakdown – Styled linens and table décor – Designed tablescapes and centerpiece placement – Accent décor for welcome tables, dessert tables, sweetheart tables, gift tables, lounges, or focal areas – Event coordination and professional oversight – Vendor communication and management support – Day-of timeline and event flow management – Floor plan and layout guidance – Event styling and design assistance – Guest experience support – On-site support for key event moments – 1–2 on-site assistants based on event size – Coordination for entrances, transitions, speeches, presentations, and special moments – Setup supervision and final walkthrough before guest arrival What Is Not Included: – Full-service event production unless added separately – Large custom installations, stage builds, or structural pieces unless added – Premium floral design unless added as an upgrade – Catering, entertainment, photography, videography, or venue costs – Custom fabrication or construction pieces – Unlimited planning meetings or revisions – Overnight security or outside venue staffing – Deep cleaning or post-event janitorial services – Travel fees outside the standard service area – Last-minute additions outside the agreed proposal scope Important To Know: – Team remains on-site to manage event flow, setup oversight, logistics, and coordination needs – Client does not manage vendors, setup teams, or event timelines during the event – Additional staffing, overtime, floral upgrades, custom backdrops, branded signage, room flips, premium décor, and specialty styling may be added separately – Pricing is based on guest count, logistics, design complexity, venue requirements, setup needs, and overall event scope.
